Throughout the project, we used many different ways to keep people informed of the work schedule.


Our website had a dedicated “Work This Week” page, which was updated weekly, or as and when required if the work schedule changed.


A Frequently Asked Questions page wasa also included on the website to help alleviate any common concerns that seemed to arrise during the construction phase. 



We embraced social networking, and used our Twitter account to keep people updated with breaking news, diversions and schedules of work and interacted with followers who had questions regarding the scheme.


Newsletters and Letters:

Newsletters and letters were produced quarterly and as required respectivley, to inform residents of the scheme’s progress and work schedule, to ensure everyone was kept updated with progress should they not have access to a computer or the internet.
